Cudiamat obtuvo su t\u00edtulo universitario en biolog\u00eda en la Universidad de Filipinas en 1986. En 1991 complet\u00f3 sus estudios de medicina en el Centro M\u00e9dico de la Universidad del Este en Filipinas. De all\u00ed pas\u00f3 al Christ Hospital de la Universidad de Illinois en Chicago para completar su residencia en 1996. Est\u00e1 certificada por la Junta Estadounidense de Pr\u00e1ctica Familiar.
