Bagley asisti\u00f3 a la Universidad Texas A &amp; M, donde complet\u00f3 su licenciatura en 1997. Asisti\u00f3 a la Facultad de Medicina de la Universidad de Texas \u2013 Southwestern Medical School y se gradu\u00f3 en 2001. La Dra. Bagley complet\u00f3 su residencia en el Community Hospital en 2004. certificado en medicina familiar.
