The Healthcare HR Team of the Year honor marks Hancock Health’s second recognition from HR.com in 2026. In May, Hancock Health received the organization’s Best Comprehensive Wellness Program award for a year-long weight-management initiative combining lifestyle medicine, clinical care, medical fitness and medication when appropriate.
Together, the two honors demonstrate how the organization’s workforce strategies extend beyond traditional HR functions to support associates physically, emotionally and professionally.
