F\u00fcr jeden, der ein Baby bekommen hat, macht dieser Begriff jedoch keinen Sinn. Es ist bekannt, dass Babys unregelm\u00e4\u00dfige Schlafgewohnheiten haben. Das liegt daran, dass sie sich immer noch daran gew\u00f6hnen, au\u00dferhalb ihres komfortablen, ruhigen und w\u00e4ssrigen Mutterleibs zu leben. Babys bewegen sich, weinen oder trinken zu unterschiedlichen Zeiten in der Nacht. Es ist wichtig, dass wir sie nach dem Aufwachen wieder sicher ins Bett bringen.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress- core-\">\n\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress-paragraph core-paragraph\">\n<p>Bis zu 3.500 Babys sterben jedes Jahr pl\u00f6tzlich und unerwartet im Schlaf. Die tragischen Todesf\u00e4lle sind in der Regel auf den pl\u00f6tzlichen Kindstod (SIDS) zur\u00fcckzuf\u00fchren, einige sind jedoch auch die Folge versehentlicher Erstickung oder Strangulation. Die Sicherheitsempfehlungen der American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) zum Thema Schlaf sollten in jedem Haushalt verstanden und umgesetzt werden.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress- core-\">\n\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress-heading core-heading\">\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Das Schlafen im R\u00fccken ist entscheidend<\/h4>\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress- core-\">\n\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress-paragraph core-paragraph\">\n<p>Der AAP empfiehlt, S\u00e4uglinge zum Schlafen auf den R\u00fccken zu legen, um das Erstickungsrisiko zu verringern. Dar\u00fcber hinaus k\u00f6nnen Neugeborene von einer l\u00e4ngeren Zeit profitieren, in der sie \u201eHaut-an-Haut\u201c gehalten werden. Diese Kuschelsitzung tr\u00e4gt dazu bei, die K\u00f6rperkerntemperatur des Babys zu stabilisieren und hat den sch\u00f6nen Vorteil, dass das Kind dank der Eltern-Kind-Bindung beruhigt wird.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress- core-\">\n\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress-heading core-heading\">\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Leer und fest<\/h4>\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress- core-\">\n\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress-paragraph core-paragraph\">\n<p>Wenn Sie Ihr Baby in ein Kinderbett oder einen Stubenwagen legen, stellen Sie sicher, dass das Spannbettlaken fest sitzt und sich kein zus\u00e4tzliches Material auf der Schlaffl\u00e4che befindet. Ein Beistellbett, das an der Seite des Bettes befestigt wird, oder ein speziell f\u00fcr diese Praxis entwickeltes Kinderbett sind die sichersten Optionen.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress- core-\">\n\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress-paragraph core-paragraph\">\n<p>Weitere Empfehlungen umfassen das Anbieten eines Schnullers w\u00e4hrend des Mittagsschlafs, die Vermeidung von Alkoholkonsum w\u00e4hrend der Schwangerschaft und nach der Geburt sowie die Vermeidung von allem, was zu einer \u00dcberhitzung des Babys f\u00fchren k\u00f6nnte.
