Achten Sie nur darauf, rechtzeitig zu sein, wenn es um diese Option geht \u2013 das Verpassen einer Pille ist nicht das Ende der Welt, aber die Wirksamkeit der Pille h\u00e4ngt von der konsequenten Einnahme ab.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Der Schuss<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Auch bekannt als <a href=\"https:\/\/www.plannedparenthood.org\/learn\/birth-control\/birth-control-shot\">Depo-Provera<\/a>, the shot is an injection containing progestin that is administered every three months at your doctor\u2019s office. Das Implantat wird vom Arzt unter die Haut Ihres Oberarms eingesetzt und ist damit auch eine der eher privaten M\u00f6glichkeiten. Das Implantat ist ein reines Gestagen-Verh\u00fctungsmittel und lindert die Menstruationsbeschwerden w\u00e4hrend der vier Jahre, in denen es eingesetzt wird.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Der Ring<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Allgemeiner bekannt als a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.plannedparenthood.org\/learn\/birth-control\/birth-control-vaginal-ring-nuvaring\/what-are-benefits-nuvaring\">NuvaRing<\/a>Bei dieser Form der Empf\u00e4ngnisverh\u00fctung handelt es sich um einen Ring, der in Ihre Vagina eingef\u00fchrt wird und \u00d6strogen und Gestagen enth\u00e4lt.
