Es kommt selten vor, dass wir durchs Leben gehen, ohne in engen Kontakt mit jemandem zu kommen, der unsere Entschlossenheit wirklich auf die Probe stellt. Manchmal handelt es sich dabei um einen Elternteil oder ein anderes nahes Familienmitglied. In anderen F\u00e4llen handelt es sich um einen Intimpartner oder Freund. Es kann sogar ein Kollege oder der Barista in Ihrem \u00f6rtlichen Caf\u00e9 sein.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress- core-\">\n\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress-paragraph core-paragraph\">\n<p>In unserer Kultur herrscht die Vorstellung vor, dass wir freundlich zu anderen sein sollten, insbesondere bei Menschen, die religi\u00f6ser oder spiritueller Natur sind. Freundlichkeit ist schlie\u00dflich eine Tugend und ein \u00e4u\u00dferst wichtiger Weg, die gute Arbeit der Liebe in unseren Beziehungen und in der Welt insgesamt voranzutreiben. Was uns jedoch nicht allgemein beigebracht wird, ist, dass Freundlichkeit auf Kosten unseres Selbstwertgef\u00fchls oder unserer Autonomie manchmal \u00fcberhaupt keine Freundlichkeit ist, insbesondere wenn dies in der Form der Auseinandersetzung mit schwierigen Menschen geschieht.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress- core-\">\n\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress-heading core-heading\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ist es an der Zeit, Grenzen zu setzen?<\/h3>\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress- core-\">\n\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress-paragraph core-paragraph\">\n<p>Freundlichkeit uns selbst gegen\u00fcber ist wichtig, denn auf dieser Grundlage k\u00f6nnen wir unser Licht in die Welt hinausstrahlen.
