Aufgrund von Hormonen, Schlafmangel und so vielen neuen Aufgaben ist es ein normaler Teil der Eingew\u00f6hnung an den neuen Job als Mutter.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress- core-\">\n\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress-paragraph core-paragraph\">\n<p>Da die Hormone einer Frau nach der Geburt wieder auf ein normales Niveau sinken, kann der sogenannte \u201eBaby-Blues\u201c Stimmungsschwankungen, Angstzust\u00e4nde, Traurigkeit, Reizbarkeit, \u00dcberforderungsgef\u00fchle, Weinen, verminderte Konzentration, Appetitprobleme und Schlafst\u00f6rungen (auch ohne das weinende Kind) umfassen ). Diese Symptome dauern normalerweise einen Tag bis einige Wochen nach der Geburt des Babys.
