Matt<span data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\"> provides executive oversight and support to our administrative teams including: human resources, performance improvement, leadership development, construction management, property development, information services, supply chain, guest and support services departments, and marketing.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Matt earned an Undergraduate degree in Business Administration and Communication from Marian University, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Indianapolis, and a Master of Health Administration from the Indiana University School of Medicine. He is also Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Purdue University.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to Hancock Health, Matt was a Senior Vice President for Member Solutions and Engagement at the Indiana Hospital Association. He provided leadership to the data and business intelligence team; oversaw the member solutions team bringing business partners to hospitals throughout the state; and provided strategic planning and decision support services to IHA and member hospitals.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to his time at IHA, Matt served as the executive leader for strategy, decision support, quality services, guest services and more at Hendricks Regional Health.<\/p>\n<p><span data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\">Personally, Matt has also served a variety of community organizations including as a board member at Marian University and as a commissioner on the town of Brownsburg Redevelopment Commission. Sie trat 2014 der Hancock Health-Familie bei, half 2015 bei der Er\u00f6ffnung des Sue Ann Wortman Cancer Center und gr\u00fcndete die Abteilung f\u00fcr Radioonkologie. Sie und ihr Team entwickelten und implementierten erste Programme f\u00fcr stereotaktische Radiochirurgie f\u00fcr K\u00f6rper, Wirbels\u00e4ule und Gehirn, stereotaktische K\u00f6rperbestrahlung bei Lungenkrebs im Fr\u00fchstadium und hypofraktionierte Behandlung von Brust- und Prostatakrebs.<\/p>\n<p>Aufbauend auf ihrem Hintergrund in der Ausbildung von F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4ften und in der Wirtschaft vor ihrer medizinischen Karriere trat Dr. Compton zun\u00e4chst als Pr\u00e4sidentin des Hancock Physician Network unserem F\u00fchrungsteam bei. W\u00e4hrend ihrer zehnj\u00e4hrigen T\u00e4tigkeit bei der Stiftung haben sie, ihr Team und \u00fcber 90 Freiwillige \u00fcber 10.000.000 $ f\u00fcr verschiedene Gesundheitsministerien gesammelt und so die Gesundheit und das Wohlbefinden unserer Gemeinde erheblich verbessert.<\/p>\n<p>Als Absolventin der Purdue University im Jahr 1988 ist Nancy ein begeisterter Boilermaker-Fan \u2013 und ein noch begeisterterer Enkelkind-Fan. Mit \u00fcber 25 Jahren Erfahrung in den Bereichen Marketing, F\u00fchrung, Markenstrategie und Konsumverhalten liegen Jenns Hauptschwerpunkte auf der Reise und Erfahrung des Kunden, dem Geschichtenerz\u00e4hlen der Marke, dem Marketing, dem digitalen Erlebnis und der virtuellen Pflege.<\/p>\n<p>Durch die Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Strategien f\u00fcr Hancock Health bedient Jenn East Central Indiana und Hancock County \u2013 mit dem Ziel, dazu beizutragen, dass es sich zum ges\u00fcndesten County des Bundesstaates entwickelt. Es liegt ihr am Herzen, Menschen zu bef\u00e4higen, Gesundheit in ihrem Leben zu erm\u00f6glichen.<\/p>\n<p>Jenn hat einen BA in Marketing von der Lacy School of Business der Butler University und ist eine stolze Bulldogge. Sie begann ihre Marketingkarriere 1995 auf dem Indianapolis Motor Speedway und ist seitdem haupts\u00e4chlich im Einzelhandels- und Verbrauchermarketing t\u00e4tig. Sie kam 2015 als Marketingdirektorin zu Hancock Health.<\/p>\n<p>Zus\u00e4tzlich zu ihren Aufgaben bei Hancock Health war Jenn im Vorstand mehrerer Gemeinschaftsorganisationen t\u00e4tig. In ihrer Freizeit lieben Jenn, ihr Mann Jason und ihre vier Kinder Reisen, Abenteuer und die Zeit mit Freunden und Familie (meistens auf Fu\u00dfballpl\u00e4tzen und Golfpl\u00e4tzen). He also is a Randall Tobias Leadership Fellow and a member of the Tobias Fellows Advisory Board.<\/p>\n<p>Joel brings a multidisciplinary perspective to healthcare and well-being strategy, blending technical expertise with business insight.<\/p>\n<p>Known for his dynamic leadership and forward-thinking approach, Joel specializes in innovation, policy, and new ventures. His work focuses on bringing to light untapped opportunities that drive growth, improve outcomes, and create lasting value.<\/p>\n<p>With experience spanning startups, corporate leadership, and investment, he is passionate about helping bold ideas succeed and shaping the future of healthcare.<\/p>\n<p>Outside of his professional work, Joel is an avid mountaineer, survivalist, adventurer, guitarist, and lifelong learner.
