Seinen Medizinabschluss erhielt er 1985 an der Indiana University School of Medicine. Dr. Fletcher schloss 1988 seine Facharztausbildung an der IU School of Medicine ab. Er ist staatlich gepr\u00fcfter Arzt in der Inneren Medizin. Der Schwerpunkt seiner Praxis liegt auf der Inneren Medizin.
